A teacher's relationship with STaDB is that of a contractor and nothing in these Terms of Use or any agreement is intended to create a partnership, agency, employment or similar relationship between teachers and STaDB. Teachers employed outside STaDB for workshops/courses are solely responsible for all tax returns and payments required to be filed or made with any state or local tax office in connection with compensation from their students.
